In order to process your home equity loan request we will need ALL of the following information along with your completed loan application.

Proof of income.
Copy of entire Title Insurance Policy, Warranty Deed, or Deed of Trust. --- You would have received this document from your first mortgage company after your loan closing or after paying off your mortgage. If you cannot locate this document you can call the title company that closed on your mortgage or go to your county court house and request a copy.
Statement from first and/or second mortgage company that includes your name, address and account number.
Copy of home owner's insurance policy that includes the agents name, address, and policy number.
If this is a debt consolidation loan we will need the names of the finance companies that we are paying off along with the payoff amount(s) and account number(s).
